The restaurant

The old grinding room today houses the hotel restaurant; next to the machinery, which used to grind grain and still works today, chef Samuel Moreno, the youngest of the family, delights the guest with his signature cuisine.

Fancy dishes

The philosophy of Slow Food is imposed at dinners with dishes that are a return to the origins, with modern winks and a high quality winery.
