- Salt
- 100 g of white chocolate chips
Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a pale yellow color. Add the milk and olive oil and mix.
Sift over the dough, flour, pure cocoa, yeast and a pinch of salt. Beat all ingredients until lumps are removed.
Place the paper capsules on the mold and pour the dough up to 3/4 of its capacity. Distribute white chocolate chips. Bake at 200º C for about 15-20 minutes. Remove them and let stand. Unmold and let cool completely.
