Step 1

Put a saucepan on the fire with water. When it starts to boil, add the rice and cook following the manufacturer's instructions. Once ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and drain the rice. It should be loose and dry.
Step 2

Peel and chop finely half an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, the celery stalk and the kimchi. Put a casserole on the fire with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the rest of the vegetables and leave on the fire for 5 more minutes.
Step 3

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and soy sauces and sriracha. Add cooked brown rice, stir well and fry 3 minutes. If desired, serve with fried eggs.
