Chocolate lovers are in luck. If your diet is veggies, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake without regrets.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of chips dark chocolate
- Jam to taste for the topping

In a blender glass, we throw the banana, the eggs, the trickle of oil, the brown sugar, the oat bran and the cocoa. Beat until there is a homogeneous mixture.
We heat the oven to 180º for 10 minutes.

In a cake mold, grease the base with a kitchen brush and a drop of olive oil. Next, we pour the blender mixture, and spread the chips of chocolate above. Bake for 30 minutes.
We take out the mold, and add a generous layer of jam above. We bake again with the residual heat for 15 minutes.
