Cheer up and try these delicious green beans on a tasty cream of gorgonzola cheese. The flavor of this dish is simply spectacular and you only need 5 ingredients.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 300 g of round green beans
- 120 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2.5 dl of milk
- 1 garlic
Step 1:

Put a medium saucepan on the fire with the milk and the sliced gorgonzola cheese. Keep over medium heat, stirring with a spoon until the cheese melts well in the milk. Then, remove, strain the mixture and set aside at room temperature.
Step 2:

Wash the beans. Cut the ends and remove the strands from both sides of each bean. Then cut them into thin strips. Put a saucepan on the fire with the beans covered with water and let cook 2 minutes. Remove and drain well.
Step 3:

Put a pan on the fire with oil and a crushed garlic without peeling. Leave on the fire until the oil is impregnated with the aromas of garlic and add the beans. Saute less than a minute and remove. Serve the cream cheese with the beans in the center.
