INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 3 tablespoons lentils
- Tomato
- Water

- 300 g of white round grain rice
- 300 g of salmon
- 5 dl of milk
- 20 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- Fresh dill
- Extra virgin olive oil

Put a casserole with the milk on the fire. Add the rice and a little salt, simmer 20 minutes until the rice has absorbed the milk and is cooked. Spread the rice on a tray, add chopped dill, a little ground pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir and let cool.

Sautéed chicken and sesame

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 1 sheet of lemon jelly
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Roasted sesame
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

- 1 dl of vegetable stock
- 1 dl of coconut milk

- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and cut the garlic into slices and the chilli in rings. Put a pan on the fire with 3 tablespoons of oil and garlic in slices. Leave on fire until the garlic begins to take color.

Add 1 dl of vegetable stock and the chilli and leave on fire 5 minutes. Add the rice noodles and 1 dl of coconut milk and keep on the fire until the noodles are soft; to Salt.

Salpimentar the crayfish to taste and smear them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put an iron on the fire and make the crayfish. The cooking time will depend on the size of the crayfish. Be careful not to do too much. Remove and place on a bed of rice noodles. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 4 eggs
- 200 g of white beans
